Regardless of your location, you will receive the same dedication and intimate feeling during your process. Please contact us to book in a video call/ virtual fitting.

Currently all Bound garments are made in our local Newcastle Atelier and standard production lead time is approximately 4-10 weeks. In saying that during slower periods we can make a shorter time frame work so please reach out.

Custom pieces and made to order is a minimum 3 months production time. More complex designs for example, ie. full wedding dresses, intricate detail with beading, we encourage 8 months.

The production time starts once the deposit is paid and design and measurements are all confirmed and agreed upon.

Rush fees may be applied for anything less than 6 weeks 

Domestic shipping charges are between $60-$100 AUD

Made to Measure is a personalised service to ensure the fit is perfectly tailored to your exact proportions.

This service requires 2 of more fittings to ensure impeccable fit. This means that no alterations are needed as your dress will be mouldered to your exact body silhouette. 

Alterations are not included in the purchase of your Bound garment.

Yet we do offer alterations in-house where you can organise an appointment to come in.

If you are not located in the area we can advise on what alterations may need to be done, through a video chat and you can take this to a seamstress local to you. 

Yes we offer appointments from our Newcastle Atelier.

Please allow up to an hour for these appointments.

Please note that a non-refundable fee of $50 is required and taken off your purchase.
