RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
As all Bound bridal gowns, separates and veils are made to order for each bride, we do not except returns or exchanges for any reason, other than the unlikely event that there is a fault with the item/s.
All items are quality controlled before been shipped, with images taken of the garment. If something has been missed please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and we will provide a free repair or replacement service.
If a major fault has been found you will be entitled to a full refund which will be determined by our quality control team.
To notify us of any problems or issues please email through with photos and description of the fault.
Please note delicate fabrics can sometimes pull and while every effort is taken to prevent this, sometimes very minor pulls will occur and this will not be considered a fault of Bound bridal.
Made-to-Measure gowns:
As your gown is made specifically for you we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges
- Once a deposit is paid your order locked in. If you wish to cancel, the deposit is non refundable.
- Please ensure that your measurements are correct prior to ordering. We do not take any responsibility for adjustments or alterations needed to for your gown. If you need help with taking measurements please contact us and we can provide you with a step by step video of how to take your measurements.
- An additional rush fee is applied should you need to change your date.
Standard Sizing
We understand sizing can be tricky and if you are unsure or have any questions, please contact us. We can guide you to find your perfect fit or alternatively you are welcome to visit our store to try on.
Our standard sizes are NOT Made-to-Measure. Each gown is made to order, therefore getting the correct measurements is your responsibility.

Alterations
Alterations are part of the bridal experience, although gowns are made to standard sizes, they do not take into consideration a brides individual body proportions.
Once receiving your gown, you may wish to alter for your desired fit. The cost associated with this service is at your own expense. We suggest that you factor this into your wedding budget.
We do offer in-store alterations at our Newcastle location. Alternatively we can give guidance on alteration instructions should you choose a third party seamstress.
We are NOT liable for any cost incurred fork works completed by a third party.
Purchase agreement
We understand that purchasing anything online let alone your wedding gown can be scary, which means that we want to make sure everything is clear and you feel informed.
